Clients who book any color/ perm service will be asked for their credit card information upon scheduling their appointment. This is to ensure that if the client is to "no call/ no show," their card will be charged 100% of the service, and the stylist can still make their earnings for that day. Additionally, if color/ perm appointments are canceled less than or equal to 48 hours prior, the client will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations for color/ perms must be made 48 hours prior to avoid any fees. We do understand that emergencies happen, and we ask that you please cancel your appointment (without penalty) if you are ill. Other circumstances will be at the discretion of your stylist.
